Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited in full.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 99bdo platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, different devices, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. 99bdo employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited.
When registering your 99bdo account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
99bdo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods, all denominated in Philippine Peso (₱):
99bdo does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above. Attempting to fund your account through an unsupported payment method may result in the transaction being declined and the funds being returned, subject to applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, 99bdo reserves the right to void any associated winnings and return the deposited amount to the originating payment account.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 99bdo account. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. 99bdo reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount and to set processing timeframes, which will be communicated on the platform. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.
Anti-Money Laundering: 99bdo is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Deposits must not be made for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
From time to time, 99bdo may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your 99bdo account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal. 99bdo reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.
99bdo reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to accumulate bonus funds. Determination of bonus abuse is at the sole discretion of 99bdo.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically. 99bdo is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the original promotion terms.
All games available on the 99bdo platform — including slots, bingo, fishing games, the Mine game, and live dealer tables — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing processes conducted by trained dealers under controlled conditions. The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous rounds.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual player or session. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 99bdo platform without the prior written consent of 99bdo.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 99bdo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
99bdo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 99bdo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The 99bdo platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.

99bdo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at 99bdo's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach (for example, at the player's own request or due to self-exclusion), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
You may request closure of your 99bdo account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to normal game rules.

In the event of a dispute between you and 99bdo, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes or technical malfunctions, 99bdo's internal review process shall be exhausted before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. The decision of 99bdo's technical review team on matters of game integrity and outcome is final and binding.
